“Welcome Ready has been managing our property in a highly professional manner achieving high occupancy rates; that’s their core business. Melanie, Verena and the team are great at managing emergencies affecting properties under their management! What should make you sleep well at night with your property in their hands is their proven track record in managing emergencies that has the potential to undermine the property’s revenue generating capability. In our case the emergency was an unexpected leakage affecting a bathroom and nearby areas. The source of the leakage was so deep that bathroom tiles and a bathtub needed to be removed. We live overseas so we could not participate in fixing the situation. No worries though. Welcome Ready processed the insurance claim for repairs and loss of rent for us, arranged for drying equipment, managed the relationship with the repair contractor and even coordinated the selection of new tiles with us. What had the potential to be a major disaster for us ended up being no more than an inconvenient hiccup from our perspective.

Absolutely one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The views of the beach from the roof top and the balcony are sensational. The roof top spa and sauna are so relaxing. Everything was sparkling clean and everything we needed plus more was there. We were taken in last minute as we had an unfortunate situation arose and our original host was no where to be seen or heard from and we spent 5 hours on the side of the road waiting to get into it and thankfully after a horrendous first start our trip we were saved and able to stay in this Devine space in the world. Hosts are quick to respond, friendly and very accomodating. You have to stay here.

Fantastic location and house! We parked the car and didn’t touch it for 4 days as everything you want is within walking distance. House has everything you need, lots of modern appliances and a fantastic deck to watch the afternoon go by. Perfect location for a family- could not fault the communication either. Can’t wait to book in again! Thanks so much for being the perfect hosts! We loved every minute of staying and we are already planning to see when we could stay again!
This place was absolutely stunning! With just a short walk to the beach and all cafes you could want it was the perfect location for our getaway to the beach. The hosts included all the little touches in the accommodation to make this the ideal getaway for a small group of people.
