Positioned directly opposite the beautiful sands of Shelly Beach, this family home is located is located within walking distance to many beaches including Moffat and Dicky Beach where there is an abundance of cafes, restaurants and shops.

Plush and comfortable, the master bedroom is complete with a king bed, an ensuite and floor to ceiling windows that let in sounds of Shelly Beach. This room also has its very own private patio that serves as a great spot to sit back and sip on your morning coffee.
Four Beautiful Bedrooms
Sleeping 9 guests in total, this home features four beautiful bedrooms. Each of these bedrooms are tastefully designed and cater to your every comfort. Three of the bedrooms include a king bed and the fourth bedroom has 3 single beds.

The open-plan living, kitchen and dining area is spacious and well-equipped to accommodate large families or groups of friends. Illuminated by natural light, floor to ceiling glass windows welcome the sound of crashing waves and beautiful sea breezes. Featured throughout the home, a seamless transition is achieved by these windows to invite the beauty of the outdoors inside.
Beautiful Outdoor Area + Sparkling Lap Pool
The open-plan living and dining area overlook the sparkling lap pool and backyard. Featuring a shaded, grassy front yard, the outdoors is fully-fenced. Please note that this yard is shared with another Airbnb studio that is on the property.
Walking Tracks At Your Doorstep
The beach house is in the perfect location with access to kilometres of coastal walking and cycling tracks north and south. Hit the pavement with your four-legged friend or take advantage of the long stretch of dog friendly beaches between access 276 - 281.
