Owners typically don’t pay cleaning and linen charges, so unlike with other holiday property managers your net profit won’t be eaten up with additional costs to net revenue like cleaning, marketing and administration fees!

What’s Included

✔︎ Professional Cleaning & Hotel Quality Linens

Home owners don’t pay for cleaning. Guest’s pay a standard clean fee which in most cases covers a professional clean by our turnover team including making up all beds with hotel quality linens and towels provided by our linen service. We’ll also include pool towels for each guest for properties with pools.

✔︎ Creation of your listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, Homeaway, Stayz, Expedia & all VRBO channels as well as Welcome Ready’s own booking site

We create your property’s listing on all the chosen international booking channels as well as Welcome Ready’s own booking site.

✔︎ Guest Management

We handle all guest communication from enquiry through to reservation as well as support to guests throughout their stay. Our communication is around the clock, we are always online to handle queries or concerns for our guest community, and we facilitate check-ins at anytime of the day for a completely stress-free hosting experience.

✔︎ Custom Electronic & Printed House Manual

We provide a custom guide for your property that explains all its unique features, as well as provides instructions on how to use all the items within the home such as your Smart TV, sound systems, electric blinds or other items specific to your home as well as other appliances like the washing machine & dishwasher. We also film instructional videos via our youtube channel (which are embedded in the electronic house guide) for the guests.

We provide a custom guide to the Sunshine Coast region that provides guests with an insight into our favourite coffee spots, restaurants and must visit places as well as walks and attractions. The guide is available electronically and in printed material for guests.

We provide around the clock communication for guests & homeowners on any queries or issues they may have and are available and on hand before, during and following their stay.
