Set on the serene Parrearra canal just off the Mooloolah River, this incredible family home offers you the best waterfront views. Take advantage of the jetty for some early morning fishing, or bring the boat and take the kids for a trip along the river. The house is also minutes’ drive to Buddina beach, and just around the corner from the Mooloolabah marina.
Outdoor Entertainment
Take your pick of the outdoor activities; there’s so much to enjoy. Fire up the BBQ for a family cookout, while the kids play in the pool and on the waterslide. The outdoor table has bench seating, so everyone can squeeze in for a delicious meal. For those looking for a little more adventure, take a wander down to the jetty to fish, or take the boat out.
Games Room
The garage has been fully converted into a giant games room. Let the kids battle it out on the air hockey machine, or foosball table, while the adults show each other up in snooker. There’s something there for everyone to enjoy. The whole room is airconditioned, so feel free to lose hours playing games in the summertime. A smart TV is also available.

Five Bedrooms
A major feature of the house that makes it so desirable for a family getaway is the amount of bedrooms available. The adults can choose between one of three master bedrooms with attached ensuites for privacy. The kids’ room is an incredible maze of bunk beds, with a little corner filled with books and toys. Four out of five rooms has an HD TV, and all are air conditioned.
Lounge Room
Spread out on the massive, plush wrap-around couch with the whole family for a fun movie night. The smart TV has access to Netflix, and Kayo, as well as Fetch. To the right is a full view of the pool and canal outside the double doors. A second sitting area is behind the dining table, on a slightly recessed level. This space features comfortable leather seating and a low table.

Everything you'd expect plus a large BBQ, kayaks, movie streaming services, fishing rods, good wi-fi, trampoline and massive fridges.
