The Space
Open, bright, and spread out over three spacious levels, this townhouse is the ideal vacation spot for families, friends or couples. The lower level features a beautiful backyard and patio while the middle level contains an open-plan, living, kitchen and dining area. The upper level is a mezzanine floor, accessed via the spiral staircase and looks down over the living and dining room.

Out the back of the townhouse you will find a spacious yard edged by a gorgeous, vibrant garden. Fully fenced and secure, this backyard is the perfect place for children and pets to play. Enjoy sunny days out here reading a book, or even fire up the Weber BBQ with the family and get cooking outdoors. There’s a large table with bench seating in the shade, and the atmosphere is always peaceful.
Just Steps From The Sea
Nestled beyond the dunes of Dicky Beach, this dog-friendly townhouse is just steps from the sand and the sea. Offering unrivalled positioning, the townhouse is one block from the famous Dicky Beach and Surf Club. Explore the area on foot, or take a bike around and visit all of Caloundra’s best beaches; all are within minutes of each other. There are plenty of shops and cafes in the Caloundra area, and a wide range of coastal activities available.
Private Loft Hideaway
Take the spiral staircase to the spacious mezzanine floor that looks out over the living area downstairs. This space is equipped with two comfortable single beds and a playroom, perfect for children to enjoy as it contains games and toys. This upper level also has its very own bathroom and shower.
Plush King Beds
On the main floor of the townhouse there are two bedrooms complete with beautifully styled plush king split beds. One bedroom has a walk-through bathroom attached, with a double-vanity, and shower. Whether you are travelling with friends, family, or as a couple, you will be able to relax in style.
Lounge Room and Balcony
Recline in comfort on the stylish three-seater lounge in front of the smart TV when you need a break from the beach. There is plenty of extra seating around the coffee table as well. When you want to enjoy the view in the breeze, move out onto the small balcony, where there is a lovely shade umbrella. This spot is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail surrounded by the sights, sounds and scenes of Dicky Beach.

“Our family & little dog really enjoyed our stay at this townhouse on Dicky Beach! The location and accessibility straight to the beach, surf club, skate park and playground was the highlight for us as a family with children. The townhouse is well appointed, clean and thoughtfully furnished especially the kids playroom! Although the main bedroom is the only area air conditioned, it didn’t bother us, the home opens up well, the breezes are great and you can hear the ocean at night! We will definitely be back 🙂”
